Information I May Collect

Depending on how you use the app, I may process account and contact details, purchase or subscription information, app usage data, device and log data, support communications, and content you choose to submit. Dream-related content may include journal text, mood selections, prompts, interpretation requests, favorites, and other details you enter. If you use voice input, the app may process audio and a resulting transcription to provide that feature.

I may also receive limited information from app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, crash-reporting services, hosting providers, authentication providers, and AI-service providers.

How Information Is Used

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
• Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, purchases, journal entries, support requests, and preferences.
• Transcribe voice input and generate requested dream interpretations.
• Measure performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce the Terms of Use.
• Send service communications and respond to requests you submit.
• Comply with legal obligations and valid lawful requests.

Dream Entries, Voice Input, and AI Processing

When you request transcription or an interpretation, relevant content may be sent to service providers that process audio, text, or AI requests on my behalf. These providers may process the submitted material and technical information needed to return the requested result.

Dream entries can contain highly personal information. Avoid including confidential information, unnecessary identifiers, or information about another person unless you have the right to do so. Automated interpretations are for reflection and entertainment and should not be treated as diagnoses, professional advice, predictions, or facts.

Sharing Information

Information may be shared with vendors that help operate the service, including providers of hosting, AI processing, transcription, analytics, payments, moderation, customer support, security, and communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.

Service providers are not authorized to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they perform for the app, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, feature use, and legal requirements. You may delete journal entries through available app controls where that functionality is provided.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. You may also be able to disable microphone access in device settings and opt out of non-essential communications.

Children

I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact me so I can review the matter and delete the information where appropriate.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect information. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
