These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dream Interpreter, operated by Clare Morant, an individual developer ("I", "me", or "my"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Dream Interpreter is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless I approve another use in writing. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your access credentials.

Dream Journal and Interpretation Features

The app may let you record dreams by text or voice, add mood information, save journal entries, and request automated interpretations. You decide what information to submit and remain responsible for the content of your entries.

Interpretations are generated for reflection and entertainment. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are not medical or mental-health diagnoses, professional advice, predictions, or statements of fact. Do not rely on them when making health, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require payment, credits, or an active subscription. Prices, trial terms, renewal conditions, cancellation options, and refund rules are shown in the app, the applicable app store, or the checkout flow. Review those terms before completing a purchase. App-store billing and refunds may also be governed by the platform's rules.

User Content

You are responsible for dream entries, recordings, transcriptions, prompts, images, feedback, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that it does not violate the law, third-party rights, or these terms.

You grant me a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service.

Prohibited Conduct

Use by anyone under 18.
Submitting illegal, exploitative, abusive, hateful, or non-consensual material.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
Using the service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person.
Uploading content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Intellectual Property

I or my licensors own the app and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials. These materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Availability and Changes

I may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. I may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Your continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

I may suspend or terminate access if I reasonably believe you violated these terms, created a security or legal risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability, security, accuracy, or error-free results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
